provided are for reporting AFTER-HOURS CATASTROPHIC CLAIMS ONLY.
A catastrophic claim involves death, overnight hospitalization,
or the total loss of a home or business. FOR ALL OTHER CLAIMS, please
call Leonard Adams Company between the hours of 8:30 and 5:00 Monday
through Friday so that we may properly assist you with your claim.
